General conditions of sales

General information

The present conditions of sale are concluded between on the one hand the PART des ANGES DISTILLATION SARL and other any physical or legal person wishing to make a purchase.

These conditions of sale shall govern only all contracts of sale between our company and its customers, the acceptance of any offer from our company implies it. Our company reserves the right to modify the conditions of sale, prices and information without notice, being however understood that the day of the order data are applicable to the client only.

Rates

Prices are in Euro incl. VAT (VAT and duties on duty-paid alcohol).

Incoterms

Price FCA 97422 Saline or mail.

Acceptance of the order
Each order is accepted if the client:
-valid order after it is checked
-payment made under the conditions laid down.

Deliveries and delivery times

Delivery is ensured by mail for a minimum of 5 kg.
The command will be sent after receipt of the regulation.
The delay of delivery after receipt of payment is between 48 hours and one week.

Terms of payment

The payment is made in Euros by bank transfer on application or cheque.
The payment is used to validate the command.

Withdrawal / return of the product

Products are neither retaken, nor exchanged.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

The present conditions of sale are exclusively subject to the French law. In case of dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the french courts, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or warranty call.
